Technical modular stairs are a professional solution designed for industrial and technical applications. The system has been designed and manufactured by the global leader in the production of steel stairs and platforms – TLC.

The stairs comply with the PN-EN 14122 standard, making them suitable as a safe and permanent access solution for machinery, equipment, and production lines in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and technical buildings.

Production takes place in Poland at a manufacturing plant located in Gorlice, using modern stamping machinery and robotic welding systems, ensuring consistent quality and exceptional precision.

A robust solution for years of intensive use

The load-bearing structure of our technical stairs is made of steel components with the following thickness:

  • 5 mm – top and bottom steps
  • 4 mm – intermediate steps

All components are galvanized and powder-coated, providing effective protection against corrosion, moisture, and the demanding conditions found in industrial environments.

What sets our metal stairs apart is the ability to fully customize the system and continuously adjust the step height from 170 mm to 200 mm. This feature is especially valuable when floor-to-floor dimensions change by several centimeters during construction. Depending on the selected configuration, the stairs can accommodate heights ranging from 34 cm to 380 cm.

The technical stair system allows continuous step height adjustment from 170 mm to 200 mm, enabling the structure to be precisely adapted to actual site conditions—even if floor-to-floor heights change during the construction process.

Depending on the selected configuration, the stairs can accommodate heights ranging from 34 cm to 380 cm, making them suitable for both compact technical service areas and high industrial facilities.
